All TTP programs can be completed at our Kimball site. However, courses required for any of the TTPs that are not offered on-ground can be taken online to complete the graduation requirements. Kimball Campus also offers Early College Academy programs and Polytech Academy programs at the site.

The Early College Academy (ECA)

ECA is a program offered in partnership with Marion County Board of Education. It is a four year cohort-based program that begins during a student’s freshman year. The ideal ECA student is responsible and demonstrates academic promise.

To be considered as a part of the ECA, complete this interest form.

Criteria for Admittance Includes:

  • All A’s in Middle School English/Language Arts and Math or On Track or Mastered Designation on the TN Ready Assessment
  • Completed Chattanooga State Early College Application
  • 230 on the Accuplacer exam (for registration purposes)
  • Parental consent



Polytech Academy (at Kimball)

Polytech Academy (at Kimball) is a partnership with Marion County Department of Education. It is a unique blend of high school and dual enrollment courses designed to give students a jump-start on their education and career paths. Students will take these courses at Chattanooga State's Kimball Campus utilizing its labs and equipment. Students may earn more than 40 credit hours towards an A.A.S. Engineering Systems Management degree while completing their high school graduation requirements.

  • 2.0 Cumulative High School GPA
  • Standardized Test Scores in moderate to college level range
  • Good Discipline Record
  • Good Attendance Record
  • On Track for Graduation
  • Academic Recommendation
