Student Resources: We’re Here to Help
Keep wearing your mask when you are on campus or out in the community. If you have classes or labs on campus, stay home if you are sick. We want you to be healthy, and we need your help in keeping our campus community healthy as well.
We are resilient. We are innovative. We are united. We are ChattState.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Ashford, Ed.D.
President

Spring 2021
As much as we all may want to return to our “normal” learning environment, it is becoming clear that we need to continue to offer courses in the same format as we have for the current semester -- virtual, online, and hybrid. We all look forward to when we can safely and confidently plan for in-person courses again. Until then, we will move forward in a manner that best protects the health of our employees, our students, and our community.
Self Service Banner Update
Self Service Banner is secure and has the same level of security it had before, but certain web browsers have recently increased their security requirements for web sites. For Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge: When you see the message that says "Your connection is not fully secure,” click on Advanced (small box at bottom left), and then go a little further down and click on "Proceed toblss9.chattanoogastate.edu (unsafe).” You next may need to refresh the browser page (click the circling arrow at top left) to get to Self Service Banner. For Mozilla Firefox (message says "Secure Connection Failed"): Click on Enable TLS 1.0 and 1.1, then refresh the page to get to Self Service.
