- Federal Work Study (FWS)
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of campus events and activities
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office
communications

- Maintain and update event calendars, bulletin boards, and digital signage
- Assist in the promotion of events through social media, posters, and the department SharePoint
- Serve as a point of contact for student organizations seeking assistance with event planning and execution
- Help maintain inventory of office supplies and event materials
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

-Familiarity with a range of computer software applications -Must possess excellent communication skills -Must have great organizational skills -Must be able to work well with others -Must maintain a professional demeanor.
Work Experience-Must have previous experience or volunteer roles relevant to the job.
Preferred Qualifications-Proficient in computer software. (Microsoft Office Suit, Canvas, etc.)
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-Must be able to learn quickly and handle new tasks and challenges
-Must be able to routinely lift boxes weighing 10-15 pounds -Must be able to stand for long periods
