The Chattanooga State Foundation Annual Fund fosters a loyal philanthropic community in support of the mission of Chattanooga State. Your gift to the Annual Fund each year helps us continue to accelerate the impact of the Chattanooga State experience by addressing our greatest needs across campus for things not covered by tuition and fees including scholarships for deserving students and professional development for faculty and staff.
The "2+2" partnership between Chattanooga State and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Construction Management prepares construction engineering technicians for promotion into supervisory/management roles where a bachelors degree is required or desirable for advancement.
Disability Support Services is a program that seeks to meet the needs of students with disabilities by providing appropriate accommodations that create equal opportunities. This allows students to demonstrate their abilities at the college, to have equal access to programs and activities, and ensures the college is in compliance with state and federal civil rights legislation that prohibits discrimination against persons with disabilities.
While the disability may explain inappropriate behavior by the student, it does not excuse the behavior; therefore, students with disabilities are subject to any appropriate and necessary disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
Chattanooga State makes every reasonable effort to accommodate individuals with disabilities. In keeping with this commitment, Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) may be necessary to address the personal needs of a student with a disability so he/she can participate in the College's activities, services, and programs.
