Current Employee

TigerWeb serves as a resource to provide ChattState employees with answers to common questions and employment related information.  A list of specific topics of interest can be found under the My Work tab of in TigerWeb (employee benefits and forms, employee handbooks, holiday schedules, and more.
Additionally, all employees have access to an employee information portal in TigerWeb HRMS called "Self Service".  This functionality gives employees access to three areas:

  • Personal Information (contact information, personal status, and updates)
  • Employee (benefits, leaves, pay stubs)
  • Finance (financial documents, budget information approvals)
