The Bond Arts & Culture Series hosted by Chattanooga State will present a virtual discussion entitled ‘Beyond I Have a Dream,’ on Monday, January 18 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

‘Beyond I Have a Dream,’ a conversation with Pastor Rheubin Taylor and Chattanooga State’s Dr. Bill Taylor, will discuss the ‘Poor People’s Campaign’ and the connection of this movement to recent events in the U.S.

According to poorpeoplescampaign.org, “In 1968, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many others called for a “revolution of values” in America. They sought to build a broad, fusion movement that could unite poor and impacted communities across the country. Their name was a direct cry from the underside of history: The Poor People’s Campaign.”

Join us for this enlightening conversation, which is free and open to the public on zoom.us. Enter Zoom meeting ID 968 7508 7396. No registration is required.
