Time for Culinary Student Capstone Lunches

The Michael P. Hennen Hospitality and Culinary Center at Chattanooga State is pleased to announce the Culinary Student Capstone Lunches. Each week will feature a different menu created and prepared by one of our chefs-in-training. Open to the public, tickets are $12 per person, and the lunches will be served in the Hennen Center located in the CBIH Building on the main campus.
Lunches are served at 11:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Upcoming lunch dates are:

New logo honors namesake: The new logo for the Michael P. Hennen Hospitality and Culinary Center reflects not only the uniqueness of the center, but the specialness of Michael–his passion for learning, support of employees, a flair for hospitality and wanting to do his best while encouraging others to do the same. The flame within the H within the M represents Michael’s inner fire to be his best, his inner light of being.
