Tennessee Reconnect is a last-dollar grant that pays the remaining balance of tuition and mandatory fees after other state and federal financial aid have been applied. If eligible for Tennessee Reconnect, it will pay for tuition and mandatory fees. Some specialized classes or delivery methods require additional fees not paid for by Reconnect.
