Chattanooga, TN (July 6, 2016) --- Development Dimensions International (DDI) has more than four decades of experience with thousands of organizations in more than 93 countries boasting one million better leaders. Chattanooga State Community College is one of 100 educational partners whose DDI classes were recently completed by Jonathan Winningham, John Torchick, Jason Hawkins, James Kilgore, and Joe Scoggins from Airxcel, Inc., Suburban Division in Dayton.

Classes included Communicating for Leadership Success, Driving Change, Delegating with Purpose, Resolving Workplace Conflict, Coaching for Peak Performance, and Building and Sustaining Trust; which taught attendees to achieve results through others by building strong relationships with team members, to provide proactive coaching for success and support for improvement, help others identify performance expectations that align with the organization’s goals, and successfully delegate the right tasks to the right individuals.

Company leadership was onsite as certificates were presented to the employees and commented that they have seen a positive difference in their employees since post-training. The students also commented that they are feeling more confident in their roles as leaders of the company and are more engaged employees as a result of these classes.
