Pharmacy Technology Program - Admission Process

Acceptance is competitive, and offered on a rolling admission basis until class is full. Preference is given to qualified early applicants.
In order to be included in the applicant pool for Pharmacy Technology, applicants must:
- demonstrate English language proficiency including reading, writing and speaking.
- demonstrate ability to perform at college level English and Reading courses with a minimum grade of “C”, or through the ACT, SAT, or college entrance test.
- Math requirement is college level preferred.
Students who have completed the 16-hour Entry-Level Pharmacy Technology certificate can seamlessly progress into the Advanced Pharmacy Technology Technical Certificate Program, which includes didactic, simulation, and experiential coursework. The Advanced Pharmacy Technology Program consist of one additional semester after the Entry Level program and can be completed in a total of two semesters.
