In partnership with the Public Education Foundation and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Chattanooga State Community College is providing an intense college mentoring program for local high school students with plans to complete undergraduate degrees. Participants in the S.O.A.R. Program receive support from peer coaches who are successful Chattanooga State upper class students, academic advisors, student support personnel, and faculty who are dedicated to promoting student success.
