Curriculum Details

The Food and Beverage Management Program is designed to provide a two-year degree for those who desire skills needed in the workforce at large. Students will have experience in a wide range of food service operations from hands-on techniques to team management and leadership. They will also learn all facets of operating an independent restaurant to institutional food facilities with a heavy emphasis on management and leadership.
