CHATTANOOGA, TN -- (Jakai Spikes, WTVC) Hamilton County's Office of Emergency Management recently partnered with Automotive Technology students at Chattanooga State Community College to repair one of their response vehicles.

Their goal: to save taxpayer money and give the students some hands-on experience. Officials say the partnership saved the county thousands of dollars.
