Chattanooga, TN --- The Tennessee Small Business Development Center and Lattimore, Black, Morgan and Cain, PC (LBMC) present the Strategic Management Learning System (SMLS): Run your business-Don’t let it run you. The series, which is geared toward entrepreneurs, managers and self-employed professionals, will take place at the TSBDC located at 100 Cherokee Boulevard.
Participants will be able to immediately apply techniques learned through the SMLS series to grow their own business, and build skills utilizing proven step-by-step instructions. In addition, there will be the opportunity to learn from others through the examination of real world case studies. Sessions meet once per month from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. beginning February 26 through December 10. The cost of each session is $35.
According to LBMC partner, Jim Callihan, “In this tough economic environment, it’s more important than ever that entrepreneurs are equipped with an understanding of cash flow management and other key business skills, which is why LBMC is happy to partner with TSBDC in delivering the SMLS series.”
