Chattanooga, TN --- The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) and The Company Lab (CO.Lab) will host the third seminar in the Experience Talks series, Legal Consideration, on April 23 from 11:30 – 1:30 p.m. the seminar will take place at the Camp House located at 1427 Williams Street.

The seminar series was designed to expose new high growth startups and existing small business owners to successful local and regional entrepreneurs who will share their experiences of facing and creatively overcoming obstacles that led to their achievement in business. Additionally, the series utilizes casual panel discussions and time for questions and answers with experienced business executives. The Experience Talks Series provides a great opportunity for networking while learning about what has made other small companies successful.

CO.LAB is hosting the seminar as part of its mission to increase the viability of start-ups in Chattanooga by connecting them with the mentorship, resources, and capital they need to be successful. The TSBDC provides free business counseling and training services to start-up and small businesses in a nine county region that includes Bledsoe, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, Rhea, Sequatchie, Van Buren and Warren counties.
