Last week, Chattanooga State’s Division of Economic and Workforce Development wrapped up a Leadership Development series with the frontline leadership of Ruby Falls. The series was developed by the Economic and Workforce Development team with the goal of empowering the Ruby Falls’ team through targeted sessions on communication, discipline, coaching, and more.  

This customized training solution delivered over twenty-two hours of training, discussion, and practice. The Ruby Falls’ team is now more prepared to address work activities regarding quality, accountability and flexibility, communication and safety, conflict resolution, team building, and developing trust and commitment.
