The Registered Nursing Department in Chattanooga State’s Nursing and Allied Health Division is now offering an online information session for students interested in a career as a registered nurse.

While the video explains the process for applying, what to expect once admitted, and career opportunities, it also highlights the four Associate of Applied Science degree options available within the registered nursing program. The day class is a four-semester program offered every year and accepts roughly 100 students; the night class is a five-semester program offered during odd years, accepting 50 students (enrolls fall 2021); the LPN to RN and the RN to Paramedic transition programs offer accelerated curriculum tracks. LPN to RN is offered every summer, while the Paramedic to RN is offered every other summer (enrolls summer 2022).

Please visit the Nursing and Allied Health website at chattanoogastate.edu/nursing-allied-health for important details about program specifics and admission requirements. The online registered nursing information session is available as a YouTube video that can be accessed at https://youtu.be/u2CyVrYFD14.
