Chattanooga State Community College will host its Fall Open House on Thursday, October 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning at the Amphitheater on the main campus located at 4501 Amnicola Highway.

The Open House gives both students and their parents the opportunity to meet with administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Admissions representatives will be available to explain the admissions and registration process. Financial aid personnel will provide information about the FAFSA process, loans and scholarships. Career services will explain some of the tools available to help students define their individual career interests and aptitudes. Representatives from all academic divisions, student activities and campus organizations also will be on hand to answer questions.

Tennessee high school seniors who will be graduating in 2018 will want to be sure to sign up for Tennessee Promise. The deadline for applications is November 1, 2017. Student Affairs representatives will assist students during this event and answer any questions they or their parents might have about this last-dollar scholarship that is available to both credit and technical college students.

Following sign-in at the Amphitheater, students may visit each academic division and enjoy light refreshments.
