Chattanooga, TN (October 15, 2015) --- Chattanooga State will host its 3rd Annual Drupal Camp 2015 on Saturday, November 7, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Health Science Center building on the main campus located at 4501 Amnicola Highway. The $25 camp fee includes a box lunch and t-shirt and goodies. Registration opens at 8 a.m.

Drupal is a popular, free open-source modular framework and content management system (CMS) written in PHP programming language. The event is attendee-driven and this completely volunteer initiative caters to everyone – curious beginners, designers, developers, and business owners.

Code Journeymen, a Drupal development agency in Chattanooga runs the camp. Platinum sponsor, True North Custom sponsors the all-day beginners track. The camp includes ‘Drupal in a Day’ training for beginners who want to learn how to build a website, step-by-step, with presenter Doug Vann of Synaptic Blue, Inc., and Drupal trainer to NASA. Beginning participants will learn about menus, blocks, nodes, content types, field, images, listing pages, and more. Drupal Camp Chattanooga also would like to welcome new bronze sponsor, Jenga Digital, LLC and returning gold sponsor, Chattanooga State Community College.

Additionally, the four session tracks will include: Drupal for Beginners; Theming, Design and Usability; Development and Performance; and Drupal for Business and Services.

Personal sponsorships are available for an additional $20 that includes a ‘shout-out’ on the Drupal sponsor page.

This event can accommodate 150+ attendees. Camps frequently sell out or have waiting lists, so registering as soon as possible is highly recommended. Fees are only payable by credit card. For more information, to submit a session, or to register, visit www.drupalcampchattanooga.com.
