– Registered Nursing Cohort Class to be Offered Fall 2022 –

A community-wide open house at Chattanooga State’s Kimball Site will welcome area residents on Tuesday, February 8 from 2-4 pm CT. Kimball’s thriving instructional site has continued to grow its enrollment and expand course offerings for more than 25 years.

Chattanooga State’s Kimball Site offers Early College Academy, Polytech Academy at Kimball, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, Welding, and Medical Assisting programs in addition to a wide variety of associate degree course offerings.

The addition of an anatomy and physiology lab combined with GIVE Grant funding helped pave the way to expand Chattanooga State’s registered nursing program in Kimball, which was recently named the best registered nursing associate degree program in the state of Tennessee by Nursing Schools Almanac.

Chattanooga State will offer its first hybrid registered nursing cohort class at the Kimball Site for the fall 2022 semester. The registered nursing program application deadline is March 1.

In addition to individuals interested in nursing, Chattanooga State representatives will be on hand to discuss credit courses, TCAT programs (Tennessee College of Applied Technology), Early College and Dual Enrollment options, Workforce Development trainings in the greater Marion County area, adjunct instructor opportunities, and more.

This event will be held at Chattanooga State’s Kimball Site, 2100 Main Street, Kimball, TN 37347. Please call (423) 837-1327 with questions or for more information.
