College Students Mentor Seniors About Computer Skills

Chattanooga State’s Continuing Education and Workforce Development Division recently collaborated with Assistant Professor Savitha Pinnepalli’s College Success in Information Systems class to conduct the Cyber Seniors – Service Learning Project. This project provided one-on-one computer skills to participants by partnering them with a college student mentor. The students interviewed the participants to identify their current technology skills and provided customized computer skills training for each participant based on their needs. This was a FREE opportunity for those who need assistance learning computer skills.
