Chattanooga State Presents Leadership Training Programs

July 29, 2009 | | Press Release

On September 9, Chattanooga State Community College, in collaboration with Development Dimensions International (DDI), will host an interactive two-hour workshop, “Leading in Turbulent Times.”  This workshop will link current business issues and trends to the skills leaders need in today’s rapidly changing environment.  Participants will experience parts of a focused set of DDI courses, offering an introduction to DDI’s training philosophy and exposing them to a sampling of DDI’s commitment to exceptional quality and meaningful content.  The workshop is specially priced at $25 per participant.

Beginning on September 23, Chattanooga State will launch a comprehensive leadership training series entitled, New Frontline Leadership Skills.  Created by DDI, this innovative series highlights how motivated employees can develop and sustain the leadership skills necessary for success in the corporate environment.  Each 4-hour session will concentrate on the challenges new leaders face and on the proactive measures and effective solutions leaders can use to achieve their business goals.  The investment for each session is $179 per person.  If an individual elects to commit to the entire six-session series, the investment for each session is $152.50 per person.  Enrollment is limited to 18 participants per session.
