Chattanooga State Develops Customized Training Solution for Dynatronics

Chattanooga State’s Division of Economic and Workforce Development recently responded to Dynatronics request for an employee leadership-training program. Dynatronics is a medical device company committed to providing high-quality restorative products designed to accelerate individuals to their optimal health.
Chattanooga State, along with Dynatronics, developed a customized training solution that covered topics of communication; building effective teams; coaching; delegation; morale, motivation, and discipline; decision making; problem solving; managing change; planning; and performance evaluations.
Dynatronics personnel who successfully completed the 14 training sessions and are now more prepared to address their everyday work activities include Chris Ramsay, Traci Buckner, Betty Jones, Chris McKinney, Julio Lanegra, Bee Merrell, Dean Trammell, Cindy Garner, and Jim Martin.
