August 29, 2022 (Chattanooga, TN) --- Chattanooga State Community College, in partnership with the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce and Lookout Counseling Association, will present the Area Wide College & Career Fair on September 8 and 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the gym of Health & Physical Fitness building on Chattanooga State’s main campus, 4501 Amnicola Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37406.

“The last time we hosted this fair was in 2019,” stated Dr. Kisha Thomas, Chattanooga State Recruiting director. “Approximately 2,500 high school junior and senior students from Hamilton County, rural counties, and north Georgia are expected.”

Chattanooga State has seven academic divisions that include Business & Industry, Engineering & Information Technologies, Humanities & Fine Arts, Mathematics & Sciences, Nursing & Allied Health, Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT).  With more than 150 programs to choose from, Chattanooga State offers an exciting choice of career paths with excellent salaries. These divisions will provide displays and/or hands-on activities that demonstrate what their areas offer and converse with all interested students.
