National Technical Letter of Intent Signing Day (NC3) on February 27 saw a record number of 112 seniors from 17 Tennessee high schools commit to 15 technical programs in Chattanooga State’s Tennessee College of Applied Technology where they will work to prepare themselves for a successful career in 12 months or less.

Students who commit to a technical program during Signing Day are assured of enrollment into the program of their choice. The event experienced a tremendous attendance surge over the past three years necessitating a move to the Humanities Theatre to accommodate the growing ceremony.
