To help celebrate Chinese New Year, we are pleased to announce that a Chinese Writing Exhibit is currently on display in the Augusta Kolwyck Library at Chattanooga State Community College through the end of the month.

Please save the date for an open house event to be held on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. During the open house, information and representatives will be available from some of our international programs such as the Chattanooga State Diversity Club, the Global Scholars honors program and our partnership with the Chattanooga Chinese School.

Students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community at large are invited to take advantage of this free and informative exhibition.

Please note: In collaboration with the Chattanooga Chinese School, Chattanooga State Community Education is offering a 12-week Chinese for Travelers class on Sundays starting Feb. 28, from 2- 4 p.m. This class is set up to support Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce trip to China, and other leisure and business travelers planning to visit China or Taiwan.
