Donate Today: ChattState Accepting Bottled Water for Hurricane Helene Relief

CHATTANOOGA, TN -- Chattanooga State Community College is accepting donations of bottled water to aid victims of Hurricane Helene in northeast Tennessee. 

Donations Accepted 

  • October 1–October 3 
  • 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. 
  • Athletics Parking Lot, just inside main entrance on the left 

Community Colleges and TCATs across Tennessee will collect bottled water to donate to hurricane victims. The collection effort is an initiative by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). 

TBR’s Emergency Assistance Fund is also accepting donations to help students, faculty, and staff who were impacted by the flooding caused by Hurricane Helene in Tennessee. 

"At Chattanooga State, we believe in coming together to support those in need, especially during times of crisis,” said Dr. Rebecca Ashford, ChattState president. “The bottled water donation drive is a simple yet impactful way for the Chattanooga State community to provide relief to the victims of Hurricane Helene."
