Namesake & Logo

Chef Matthew and Corinne Hennen described Michael to Joe Johnson, president of the Johnson Group, and his staff. This is what they gleaned: Michael’s passion for learning, support for employees, a flair for hospitality and wanting to do his best while encouraging others to do the same. From that, we have a new logo!

It reflects not only the uniqueness of the center, but the specialness of Michael. The flame within the H within the M represents Michael’s inner fire to be his best, his inner light of being. Thank you, Joe, Pat Buckley, and Robbie Lail for giving your talents to this project. Our logo is now as distinctive as the work of the Michael P. Hennen Hospitality & Culinary Center.
