Follow established safety precautions
Perform proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped, or waxed.
Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine.
Experience in applying epoxy coatings is required.
Experience in concrete preparation to receive coatings (grinding and shot blasting), epoxy and urethane resurfacing and grout application, mixing of high performance coatings, epoxy and urethane coatings application.
Education & Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience.
