Dear Chattanooga State Community,
It’s the last week of classes before Spring Break! Whether you are finishing with a 7-week class or working towards completing a 15-week class, this upcoming break is a great time to look back and review what you’ve accomplished over the past 7 weeks.
First, be sure to congratulate yourself for completing the first 7 weeks of the Spring 2024 semester! Second, what other wins did you accomplish this past 7 weeks? Can you reflect on any particular thing that helped you achieve those successes? Perhaps, you set aside a specific time to study each day, or you made sure to get to know your professors and fellow classmates.
Third, it’s important to note opportunities for improvement. Reflection is key to improving on past performance, good or bad. Are there areas you could work to improve this upcoming 7 weeks? Commit now to doing so—a growth mindset is key to moving closer to your goals.
It’s nearly Spring Break—finish strong this week—we look forward to seeing you when classes resume March 11.
