What are WorkKeys?

The WorkKeys system used in the Chattanooga State Regional WorkKeys Center offers the full range of WorkKeys programs and services, including:

• Skill assessments for students, job applicants and/or employees to determine their current skill levels in eight critical areas which are nationally recognized
• Issuing CRCs (Career Readiness Certificates) for the state of Tennessee
• Profiling to evaluate the key skills and levels of competency required for specific jobs in an organization
• Targeted training to assist individuals in improving their skills through KeyTrain®
