Theatre and Music: Legally Blonde the Musical (March 1st)
Admission FREE for ChattState Students, Faculty/Staff, and Theatre Alumni; $15 General Admission
An award-winning musical based on the 2001 movie of the same name, this musical follows the story of UCLA fashion merchandising major Elle Woods as she goes to Harvard Law School to fight for love. Along the way, she goes through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment and finds love and friendship she never knew she was looking for. A musical featuring big song-and-dance numbers, this production stars Chattanooga State student Moriah Bone as Elle Woods and features other Chatt State.

Google Project Management Certification Program
Start your path to a career in project management. In this program, you’ll learn in-demand skills that will have you job-ready in four months. No degree or experience is required.
Course Description: Introduction to the high-growth field of project management with a professional certificate developed by Google. Learn to estimate time and budgets, apply Agile frameworks, run effective meetings, manage stakeholders, and enhance your leadership skills.
This course will be a virtual class learning on the Coursera platform, then reinforced with in-person classes weekly with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that is PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Class time will include Q&A for course material, realistic project simulations, experienced project management speakers from Chattanooga’s local Project Management Institute chapter, as well as introductions to hiring managers.
Prerequisites: This is an entry level class with no prior experience required. Basic computer knowledge is required (browsing the web, spreadsheets, word processing).

Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Professional Certificate - Course 3/19/24
Marketers attract customers to products and services, they watch for trends, develop advertising campaigns, and seek out target audiences. Digital marketers do all of that online. In this class, you will develop digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, and measure marketing analytics through popular tools like Canva, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify, Twitter, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. The class is perfect for small-business owners.
Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Certificate Program
This course will be an 8-week hybrid program with the expectation of the student to work a minimum of 6 hours per week on a self-paced virtual platform, and 2 hours bi-weekly with an Industry SME (Subject Matter Expert). The SME will be answering questions and reviewing projects with each student.
Virtual Course is open to begin on Tuesday 3/12/2024.

Music and Theatre: Maggie Williams Cabaret Fundraiser
Friends and Family of Maggie Williams come together to perform a cabaret of musical theatre songs celebrating her and honoring her friendship. Maggie is a Chatt State alumni and also was the production manager at Chattanooga State from 2016-2023, until she had a series of strokes at the beginning of April. She is continuing her recovery journey, and we are excited to celebrate her through song and dance! Admission is free, but donations will be accepted toward her family’s ongoing medical expenses.
