A native of Chattanooga, David Pedigo began studying guitar and piano at an early age, adding percussion and bass to the mix in junior high and high school. He is a 1984 graduate of Tyner High School. While in college, Mr. Pedigo was a member of the Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps, performing in the front ensemble in 1985 and the snare line in 1986. Mr. Pedigo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied percussion with Monte Coulter and piano with Earl Miller. While still an undergraduate, he became the primary music arranger for the marching band, leading to numerous other music arranging jobs which continue to this day. Mr. Pedigo has performed with numerous orchestras and bands throughout the region and has been a member of the Chattanooga Symphony percussion section for well over two decades. Having also been a music educator in Tennessee public schools for ten years, Mr. Pedigo continues to teach percussion privately and as an adjunct instructor for the Baylor School and Chattanooga State Community College.
