Early College - Application Checklist
Step 1
Complete the Online Admissions Application
You may be are an Early College student if:
- You are currently attending high school or a home-school program.
- You plan to enroll in college courses at ChattState while still attending your high school / home-school program.
Step 2
Submit Proof of United States Citizenship or lawful presence
- This is not required to be admitted to the college. However, students who do not submit the proper proof(s), cannot receive in-state tuition rates or other state benefits.
- International applicants should email [email protected] for more information.
Step 3
Submit Official High School Transcript or Home School Transcript via one the following methods:
- Naviance
- Parchment
- eSCRIP-SAFE
- National Student Clearinghouse
- Credentials Solutions
- Email as an attachment to [email protected]
Step 4
Submit Official Standardized Test Scores (ACT, SAT, etc.)
Test scores must be less than five years old based on the student's respective start of term date.
- Request your ACT Test Scores here (Use ChattState's ACT number: 4041)
- Request your SAT scores here
- Submit score reports in person, or email as an attachment to [email protected]
If you do not have ACT or SAT scores you will be given the option to take the college's entrance exam, Accuplacer, at the Chattanooga State Testing Center.
Step 5
Complete the Parent Signature Form.
