CHATTANOOGA, TN – Chattanooga State Community College's Landscape and Turf Management students this spring have been hard at work in the greenhouse learning the ins and outs of growing flowers, vegetables, herbs, and indoor plants. Now, it’s time for the community to enjoy the benefits of their hard work.

On April 18, ChattState’s TCAT Greenhouse will welcome horticulture aficionados and amateur plant parents alike to peruse and purchase a variety of plants ranging from flowers to producers of fruits and vegetables. The sale will continue from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m., or while supplies last.

If plants remain available, the sale will continue on April 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until all plants are sold.

Cash and checks will be accepted.

Plants are priced as follows:

• Whole Flats — $20
• 4-cell pack — $3
• 6-cell pack — $4
• 4” pots — $3
• 6” pots — $4
• Hanging baskets — $15
• 1 gallon pots — $5
• 3 gallon pots — $8
