Chattanooga, TN --- The Chattanooga State Veteran Affairs Office and Student Government Association hosted the annual Veteran’s Day Luncheon on November 11 honoring more than 100 student, faculty and staff veterans.

Mike Battery 3^rd Battalion 14 Marines presented colors followed by the National Anthem sung by the Chattanooga State Concert Choir. A warm welcome by college president Dr. James L. Catanzaro preceded words of encouragement by veteran Sgt. Stephen Smitley.

Special guest speaker was First Sergeant (R) Tim McGhee. Mr. McGhee came to Chattanooga State after serving 21 years in the United States Army and currently serves as dean of Engineering Technology at Chattanooga State.
