Quick Facts- Fall 2019

Chattanooga State Community College is a public two year community college founded in September, 1965. Chattanooga State’s mission expanded to include vocational education on July 1, 1981, when the State Area Vocational Technical School merged with the College. That merger was made permanent effective July 1, 1983. Chattanooga State Community College is committed to meeting the needs of Chattanooga and Hamilton, Rhea, Sequatchie, Marion, Bledsoe, and Grundy counties.
