Join us for a fun drop-in event to celebrate your graduation, whether you are walking across the stage or not.

The following offices will be available to meet with:

• Bursar: check to make sure you don't have any holds that will keep you from getting your diploma
• Bookstore: order memorabilia like diploma frames, etc.
• Career Services: Chat with Career Services about job search help, career advice, and resources to get you ready for what’s next.
• Records: check your address for your diploma and the name on your diploma
• Jostens: order a class ring and other memorabilia like invitations.
• Marketing: have a story to tell about your time at ChattState? We want to hear it!
• Alumni: Join the alumni association for networking and career opportunities, access to exclusive events and resources, and giving back and staying connected.

Cap & Gown, Cords, and Guest Tickets

If you ordered and plan to walk in graduation, you will pick up your cap and gown, cords, and guest tickets.

Did you miss the deadline to order you cap and gown for the Spring Graduation ceremonies? Contact the Graduation Committee to find out about walking in the December ceremonies.

Designating Someone Else to Pick Up Your Regalia

If you choose to have someone else pick up your cap and gown, you must complete and submit the Cap & Gown Pick-up Permission Form.

The person you designate will need to know your A# and present a photo ID matching the name you provide on the online form.
