Girls STEM Day

STEM Day is an interactive event that introduces young people to diverse educational and career opportunities in STEM fields. Held each year during National Engineers Week, this year’s event will be on Friday, February 21, at Chattanooga State Community College’s McCormick Center for Engineering, Technology, Arts & Sciences. To accommodate participants from both Eastern and Central Standard Time zones, we are offering multiple start times: 9:00 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. EST.
- Three 45-minute hands-on sessions
- Lunch with a guest speaker
- Giveaways & more!
Pizza lunch will be provided. Students with dietary restrictions must make alternative arrangements.
Registration Details:
- Maximum 20 students per school (grades 7–11)
- At least 1 chaperone per 10 students (Chaperone contact info required)
- First-come, first-served
